Candid, commercially grounded talks about SEO, AI search and what businesses can learn from the way people search.
I speak to conference audiences, marketing teams and business leaders who want a clearer view of how search is changing, without the inflated promises or invented certainty. The aim is not to make a complicated subject sound impressive. It is to make the decisions behind it understandable and useful.

UPCOMING · 8 & 9 OCTOBER 2026
Speaking at BrightonSEO: How to Turn Search Data into Market Intelligence
I’ll be speaking at BrightonSEO’s October 2026 conference about how businesses can get more from search data than another performance dashboard.
The questions people ask, the comparisons they make and the language they use can reveal changing demand, customer concerns, competitive gaps and how a market actually thinks. My talk looks at how businesses can use that information beyond SEO reporting, without pretending that search data can answer every commercial question on its own.
The session will be on Friday at 9:30 am in Auditorium 2.
Why book Rüdiger Dalchow?
I have worked in digital marketing and SEO for more than 25 years, across the UK, continental Europe and international markets. That experience matters, but a talk should earn its place by helping the audience think more clearly, not by turning the speaker’s biography into the main event.
My sessions connect search, customer behaviour and commercial decision-making. They are designed for marketers, senior teams and business leaders who need to understand what has genuinely changed, what has not, and which response is worth the effort.
- AI search, LLM visibility and Google AI Overviews
- Using search data as market and customer intelligence
- Strategic SEO without dashboard theatre
- International and German-language search
- Conference talks, webinars, workshops and private team sessions

Future of Marketing by LSZ
Keynote · 2026
In my role as Head of Organic Strategy at Improove, I examined why brands can be absent from AI-generated answers long before a customer reaches a conventional search result.
The talk covered the structural problems that make a business difficult for systems such as ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews to understand, trust and recommend. Not another attempt to “rank in ChatGPT”, but the strategic work behind clearer entities, useful answers and credible external evidence.

Nottingham Digital Marketing
Talk: “AI and the Impact on Search” · June 2025
A practical look beyond the hype: what AI search is actually changing, how user behaviour is shifting, and why marketers need to stop solving yesterday’s problems.

Room 301 Live
Talk: “From Clicks to Clarity”
How SEO is moving from a game of clicks towards clarity, credibility and context, particularly when LLMs can curate an answer before anyone visits the website.
Hosting the SEO Roundtable Nottingham
The SEO Roundtable Nottingham is deliberately not a conventional conference. There is no keynote theatre, no sales pitch and no carousel of 20-minute talks nobody remembers.
It is an open exchange between practitioners about SEO, AI search and digital strategy. The format reflects how I prefer to work: useful challenge, honest qualification and enough room to discuss the awkward parts.

Podcast appearances

- Craig Campbell’s Digital Marketing Podcast: the state of SEO and what AI search will, and will not, change
Workshops and private team sessions
I also deliver workshops and training for companies across Europe, from small specialist teams to larger marketing groups. These sessions can go further than a conference talk because there is time to apply the ideas to the organisation’s real market, evidence and constraints.
- How AI and LLMs are reshaping customer journeys
- What makes a brand understandable and credible in AI-generated answers
- How SEO strategies should adapt to AI Overviews and answer systems
- Using search behaviour to inform product, content and market decisions
The purpose is the same whether the audience is five people or 200: give people clarity, not buzzwords.
